Refund Policy

  • No order will be accepted unless the full amount is paid, or a minimum deposit of 50% of the invoice value is made.

  • The deposit is non-refundable once production/execution has started.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full before or upon delivery.

  • Partial delivery of any order is not possible before the full payment is completed; all requested pieces will be delivered together in one batch.

  • Failure to comply with the payment policy is considered a violation and gives the store the right to take legal action.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns or exchanges are not allowed for products that are specially manufactured according to the customer’s order.

  • Exceptions are only made in case of a manufacturing defect that cannot be modified, provided that the issue is reported within 3 days of receiving the item.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • The customer is responsible for checking measurements and specifications immediately after receiving the order.

  • The return policy does not include: pants, perfumes, underwear, vests, and lanterns.

  • The store is not responsible for uncollected orders after 90 days from the invoice date.

Delivery Policy

  • Orders are delivered only after full payment is completed.

  • All pieces/items are delivered together in one complete batch.

  • No partial delivery is available before settlement of the full invoice amount.
